PDF Forge is a browser-based tool that allows users to combine images and PDF files into a single PDF document. All processing happens locally on your device.

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the files you process.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of PDF Forge. You retain all rights to the files you process — we claim no ownership over your content.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.
7. Backup your files
Always keep backups of important documents. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during processing.
8. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
